Mindfulness can be a great tool to help you navigate the challenges of pregnancy and becoming a new parent. Bump offers FREE guided meditations designed specifically for new and expectant parents.
I started Bump's Stronger After Baby program around 7 months postpartum. Despite working out a few times a week, I still felt out of control of my body, aware that I had diastasis recti but unsure if my exercising was helping or worsening it. Bump made me feel more confident about modifications while also teaching me great exercises and stretches. Their classes are both a physical and a mental relief.
